Focused One-on-One Lifestyle Coaching Phone Sessions
$50/hour
Includes a pre-call handout for client to prepare for the call

(Individual Sessions)
$200 + Cost of Ingredients + $0.40/mile (depending on your address)
Class Includes:
** 3-hours prep before the class (custom-made menu & consultation - up to 7 recipes of your choice (if recipes are quick, we can fit in more in one class) -,
recipe booklet, shopping, soaking/sprouting - if needed)
** 4-hour food prep class, (Miranda brings her own high-powered appliances to your home), and cleanup.
